We are seeking a Last Mile Payments Coordinator for our Brazil Transportation team. The Payment and Dispute Coordinator will manage all payments to EDSPs (External Delivery Service Providers), including handling payment disputes, ensuring a seamless payment experience for our partners. Key Responsibilities Manage payments to EDSPs and resolve payment disputes Own the last mile partners' payment experience Monitor and improve payment performance metrics Collaborate with Procurement to adjust node costs Engage with internal and external teams Ensure compliance with global payment process standards Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including benchmarking with other regions Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Operations, or related fields Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, formulas, pivot tables, macros) Experience with P&L analysis Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English writing Preferred Qualifications Experience in Logistics and Transportation If you require accommodations during the application or onboarding process, please visit this link for more information.
