Support the Head of Legal for the Americas region in the general handling of demand for Legalsupport of legal, contract and commercial matters, acting as a generalist working on variousLegal disciplines**Responsabilidades e atribuições**- Drafting, reviewing and facilitating negotiations on commercial contracts andagreements- Advising legal matters with other departments / disciplines- Liaising with and instruct external counsel- Advising on bid or tender process, drafting and reviewing of tenderdocumentation and associated documentation- Negotiating agreements with clients and business partners- Negotiating subcontracts, frame agreements with potential subcontractors andvendors- Liaising with financial institutions (such as banks) forbid bonds or securing the requisite performance bank guarantees for the projects- Offering counsel on a variety of legal issues- Advising on contract status, legal risks, and the legal liabilities associated withdifferent deals- Providing training to the company on legal topics- Support Yinson’s Data Privacy and compliance matters**Requisitos e qualificações**Qualifications:Essential:- Fluency in Portuguese and English- 8-10 year Law Degree from top universities (UERJ, UFRJ, UFF, Unirio, PUC)- Registered at the Bar of Association (OAB)Desirable- Knowledge of, or training or experience in Common Law- Fluency in Spanish**Informações adicionais**Skills & Experiences:Essential- Robust experience in the energy sector (preferably on wind or solar projects)- Interest in learning and working with the Floating Offshore Production BU’s projects- Commitment- Discretion- Resilience- Ability to handle intense workload and stressDesirable- Experience in oil & gasYinson Holdings Berhad (“Yinson” or the “Group”) is an energy infrastructure and technology company, listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.Yinson currently operates in four business divisions - Offshore Production, Renewables, Green Technologies and Offshore Marine.
