Support the Head of Legal for the Americas region in the general handling of demand for Legal

support of legal, contract and commercial matters, acting as a generalist working on various

Legal disciplines

**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Drafting, reviewing and facilitating negotiations on commercial contracts and

agreements
- Advising legal matters with other departments / disciplines
- Liaising with and instruct external counsel
- Advising on bid or tender process, drafting and reviewing of tender

documentation and associated documentation
- Negotiating agreements with clients and business partners
- Negotiating subcontracts, frame agreements with potential subcontractors and

vendors
- Liaising with financial institutions (such as banks) for

bid bonds or securing the requisite performance bank guarantees for the projects
- Offering counsel on a variety of legal issues
- Advising on contract status, legal risks, and the legal liabilities associated with

different deals
- Providing training to the company on legal topics
- Support Yinson’s Data Privacy and compliance matters

**Requisitos e qualificações**
Qualifications:
Essential:

- Fluency in Portuguese and English
- 8-10 year Law Degree from top universities (UERJ, UFRJ, UFF, Unirio, PUC)
- Registered at the Bar of Association (OAB)

Desirable
- Knowledge of, or training or experience in Common Law
- Fluency in Spanish
