Overview VP of Sales LATAM is responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving revenue growth in the Latin America (LATAM) market. The ideal candidate will develop and execute sales strategies that promote revenue growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and enhance brand recognition throughout the region. The primary goal is to cultivate strong relationships with customers and partners while identifying new opportunities for expansion and growth. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to drive net new sales and foster growth and retention of existing customers and partners across Latin America. Identify and understand unique opportunities and challenges within the Latin America market. Build relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers to maximize market penetration. Devise and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company’s goals for the region, including sales, account management, and alliances. Lead and inspire a diverse team of sales professionals, operations personnel, account managers, and alliances directors. Recruit and hire top talent while promoting a culture of motivation and achievement. Collaborate with other departments, including services, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and exceptional customer experience. Address challenges of a diverse market with varying contracts and low brand recognition. Focus on building brand recognition and targeting core industries to establish a strong LATAM presence. Strong preference for experience in selling Master Data Management (MDM) and understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings. Qualifications Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion within the Latin America region. Extensive experience in net new selling and account management, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention. Strong understanding of the LATAM market’s challenges and opportunities. Previous success in developing and executing effective sales strategies in Latin America. Demonstrated ability to build and lead a high-performing sales team. Entrepreneurial spirit and strategic thinking to navigate the LATAM market. Experience in the software industry, preferably with expertise in MDM and SaaS solutions. Track record of raising brand recognition and establishing a strong market presence. Customer-centric, proactive, resourceful, and visionary leadership. Experience championing sales efforts, expanding market presence, and fostering partnerships in LATAM.
