This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to design scalable solutions, configuring OFS modules, and integrating with other Oracle cloud applications. Key Responsibilities Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation of Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS) to support business workflows, scheduling, and routing. Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions. Integration and Testing: Integrate OFS with other Oracle cloud applications via REST/SOAP APIs, perform solution testing, UAT support, and documentation. Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring seamless field operations. Process Improvement: Recommend best practices and continuous improvements in field service processes. Deployment Activities: Support deployment activities, including data migration, configuration promotion, and post-go-live stabilization. Requirements: Experience: Proven experience in Oracle Field Service Cloud, with additional experience in Oracle Service Cloud and Oracle CPQ being highly desirable.
