Job Description

As a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. Your job will be to find them and inform them about all the benefits of living and working in Sweden. To move to another country is often one of the biggest leaps in life, so a lot of your job will be to build trust with suitable candidates. Supporting you in these tasks, you will have the assistance of a competent global team of recruiters, as well as an executive management team in Sweden. In addition you will be supported by our Swedish delivery management team that handles all practical matters related to the relocation to Sweden for our consultants. In short we fix everything for our employees – visa, work permits, tickets, housing, you name it – we fix it Our clients are primarily within software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed together with your colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. You will be part of an efficient team that helps engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden. Telescope's core values are joy, trust, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there.
• Build trust with suitable candidates and coordinate relocation-related matters with the Swedish delivery management team.
• Collaborate with a global team of recruiters and an executive management team in Sweden.
• Assist with visa, work permits, housing, tickets and other practical relocation support.
• Engage with clients across software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
• Work with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.
• Contribute to a team culture focused on helping engineers and their families build a new life in Sweden.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.
• A solid and well proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
• Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards always finding the best solution for the challenge at hand.
• High quality and brand awareness.
• Understanding or interest in headhunting and the IT outstaffing/outsourcing model.
• Upper intermediate English.
• Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
• Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.
• Self confident, social, friendly and outgoing with a high level of self motivation.
• Durable and persistent, able to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues and customers.
• Responsive and responsible, with a professional appearance.

Extent & Duration

• Start ASAP.
• Full time.
• Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.
• Minimum 12 months.
• Eight hours of productive work per day, Monday to Friday.
• Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.
• Location: Remote or from a co-location center of your choice.
• Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
• Free national holidays, with maintained payment.
• 20 paid vacation days.
• Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
