Key Responsibilities
  • We are seeking a recruiter who can find and inform suitable candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.
  • The successful candidate will build trust with local engineering talent within IT and coordinate relocation-related matters with our team.
  • This role requires collaboration with global recruiters and an executive management team in Sweden.
  • The ideal candidate will assist with visa, work permits, housing, tickets, and other practical relocation support.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT sector or similar technical field.
  • A strong network of local engineering talent within IT is essential for this role.
  • The successful candidate should have a service-oriented mindset and be able to find creative solutions to complex problems.
  • They should also possess high-quality skills and brand awareness.
  • Familiarity with headhunting and the IT outstaffing/outsourcing model is highly desirable.
Additional Information
  • This is a long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur, lasting at least 12 months.
  • The working hours are eight hours per day, Monday to Friday, with overtime compensation provided in flex time.
  • Remuneration starts at 1200 USD per month, plus remittance fees and taxes.
