Job Title: Global CRM Sustain Job Summary: The individual in this role will be responsible for overseeing the management of quality, analysis and lead of global CRM systems. This includes maintaining the integrity of the system to ensure it meets organizational needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop recommendations and action plans for leadership and key stakeholders to improve system efficiency and value delivery. Establish and maintain relationships with business and technical stakeholders to align application services with business goals. Interact with key users of applications to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements. Oversee the day-to-day operations of production environments to ensure system stability, performance, reliability, and quality. Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365. Experience in IT service management is required. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform (Sales Module) is highly preferred. Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops (ADO) tool is desired but not necessary.
