Job Position: Business Analysis Manager

Job responsibilities:

1. Cost reduction and efficiency enhancement: data mining the driving factors of cost reduction and operating efficiency improvement, and provide cost reduction and efficiency improvement solutions;

2. System construction: responsible for the construction of the area's business analysis system, formulate the KPI system, report system, and special analysis that reach the front line;

3. Project management: responsible for the formulation of specialized analysis plans as a PM, including dedicated budget, investment approval control, cost review, etc.;

4. Departmental coordination: Good collaboration of planning, operation, finance, HR and other related parties to integrate data, unify the caliber, unify the logic of business and financial analysis, and ensure that the results of forecasting, planning and analysis are understandable and verifiable;

5. Online business analysis system: complete analysis system construction, and continuously promote the optimization, iteration and implementation of the system.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, logistics management, logistics planning, supply chain management and other related majors preferred;

2. More than 6 years of experience in business analysis/operational analysis/financial analysis in logistics or supply chain industry;

3. Familiar with data mining, SQL/tableau is particularly good, proficient in using EXCEL/PPT and other office software, familiar with warehouse-related knowledge;

4. Build the cause and effect logic between business and finance, have sensitivity to cost and able to judge the reasonableness of cost.


岗位：经营分析岗


职责内容：

1.协助搭建海外仓储经营分析体系、成本预算体系，拉通相关部门，梳理业财分析逻辑及口径；

2.完成海外仓储人力成本/非人力成本的分析工作，作为专项PM主导专项分析工作，挖掘成本下降及经营效率提升的驱动要素，输出降本提效方案；

3.完成相关数据分析工作，搭建经营分析报表体系，输出分析报告；

4.完成经营分析系统的模型搭建，梳理系统需求，推动系统的上线及迭代优化；

5.负责对接部门经营成本意识的赋能工作，通过普及成本的管理逻辑与方法，提升部门成本管理意识与能力。


任职要求：

1.学历及专业：本科及以上学历，物流管理、物流规划、供应链管理等相关专业优先；

2.通用能力：

（1）跨部门沟通能力：具备较强的跨部门沟通能力；

（2）业务洞察能力：具备全局视角，深入了解业务逻辑，能识别业务痛点；

（3）业务影响力：既懂业务又懂财务，能从经营分析视角为业务提供的财务支持；

（4）成本分析能力：具备全局视角，有成本经营分析能力。

3.专业能力：

（1）熟悉财务管理知识、数据分析及仓储业务管理知识；

（2）熟悉数据挖掘、SQL/tableau尤佳，熟练使用EXCEL/PPT等办公软件；

（3）熟悉业务和财务之间的因果逻辑，对成本具有敏感性，能敏锐判断成本合理性；

4.经验：5年或以上物流或供应链行业的经营分析/运营分析/财务分析工作经验。
