Job Description: Workfront Configuration Specialist

Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world

As a Workfront Configuration Specialist, you will support Workfront expansion, including Routing & Approval and Business Group enablement, through analysis, configuration, support, and communication within the division of Marketing Technologies and Digital Experience. You will work directly with business clients to identify and design solutions for their prioritized requirements, taking direction from the Workfront Routing & Approval Program Manager and Workfront Product Owner to implement new or upgraded functionality.

The impact you will make in this role

• Utilize Adobe Workfront Fusion and Microsoft Power Automate integration platforms to deliver capabilities.
• Complete Workfront support requests in line with prioritization and request flow.
• Implement data and technical configurations within the Workfront platform to meet business requirements.
• Identify opportunities to drive productivity improvements through simplified configuration and automation.

Your Skills and Expertise

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field or 5+ years of related work experience.
• Proficiency in understanding, consuming, and documenting REST APIs for seamless integration.
• Understanding of Digital Asset Lifecycle, Review and Approval processes, and workflows.

Additional qualifications that could help include:

• Experience with Workfront Proof, Frame.io, Workfront Fusion, Adobe Experience Manager.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
• Support and enhancement of 3M’s “Computed Workflows” related to marketing asset review and approval.
• Self-learning on advancements in Adobe Unified Review and Approval technology.
