The Role We are seeking a senior professional who bridges compliance, technical architecture, and access governance. This role is critical in S/4HANA conversion programs , where embedded SAP GRC Access Control requires specialized handling of roles, SoD rulesets, workflows, mitigations, and provisioning aligned with the new S/4HANA data model and simplified processes. Key Responsibilities Lead functional and technical activities related to SAP GRC Access Control within S/4HANA environments. Review and adapt SoD rulesets for compatibility with S/4HANA, considering new transactions, deprecated objects, Fiori apps, and simplified authorization concepts. Conduct pre‑migration risk assessments and identify obsolete provisioning mechanisms. Support redesign and harmonization of role structures aligned with S/4HANA simplifications and business partner models. Ensure consistency across user master conversion, authorization mapping, Fiori role activation, and technical provisioning during cutover. Collaborate with Basis, Security, Functional, and Data Migration teams to align role remediation, critical access adjustments, and workflow dependencies. Validate GRC functionalities post‑conversion (DRY RUN, SIT, UAT), ensuring continuity of SoD analysis, Firefighter workflows, and audit logs. Provide hyper‑care support for conversion‑related anomalies, rule inconsistencies, and workflow disruptions. Required Skills and Experience Extensive experience implementing and supporting SAP GRC Access Control, including embedded deployment in S/4HANA. Proven participation in S/4HANA Migration/Conversion programs (Brownfield or Selective), with hands‑on involvement in SoD remediation and role redesign. Strong understanding of data conversion impacts on GRC: master data, BRF+ logic, workflow continuity, and ruleset adaptation. Deep knowledge of Fiori‑based access management, S/4HANA authorization model, and Business Partner security concepts. Ability to analyze SU53, ST01, and troubleshoot complex access issues. Familiarity with SAP Identity Management and SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS) is a plus. Knowledge of IT controls, audit requirements, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR). Preferred Skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related fields. Experience server, and network architectures and associated security controls.
