We are seeking a highly skilled transition professional to lead the migration of our Legacy BaaN System to Infor LN Cloud Edition. The goal is to move globally, with a Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting an India-based team in their efforts to provide excellent service and ensure seamless continuity for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Collect and share information from Portuguese-speaking SMEs with the AMS team in English Develop process and solution understanding documentation in English Liaise between Brazil-based teams and India-based AMS team members Provide AMS support for Infor LN Cloud Edition and establish service stability post go-live Required Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English Hands-on ERP experience in Finance and Logistics specifically with Infor LN Experience configuring and managing Brazil localization packages within ERP systems Strong understanding of the Nota Fiscal process Candidate Requirements: Demonstrated expertise in project management and leadership Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to work effectively in a team environment What We Offer: A dynamic and challenging work environment Ongoing training and development opportunities A competitive compensation package
