Descrição da vagaVocê será responsável por liderar nossa equipe de arte e impulsionar a visão criativa de nossos jogos. Neste cargo esperamos não apenas que você oriente e inspire nossos artistas, mas que também contribua ativamente para o desenvolvimento de conceitos e artes para todos nossos jogos. Procuramos por alguém com muito talento e desejo por assumir o controle de seu trabalho, para nos ajudar a criar uma identidade visual única, e que tenha padrões de qualidade incrivelmente altos.
ResponsabilidadesLiderar e gerenciar a equipe de arte, fornecendo orientação e suporte.Desenvolver e manter a visão artística da empresa e de seus projetos, garantindo um estilo visual consistente e de alta qualidade.Criar artes conceituais, storyboards e protótipos visuais para comunicar ideias e visão à equipe.Colaborar com designers e desenvolvedores para garantir que a arte esteja alinhada com a jogabilidade e os objetivos dos jogos.Supervisionar e participar na produção de todo o conteúdo visual, incluindo design de personagens, ambientes, UI e animações.Garantir que as milestones de arte sejam entregues no prazo e atendam aos padrões de qualidade estabelecidos pela empresa.Tomar iniciativa na resolução de problemas e na otimização do fluxo de produção de arte.
QualificaçõesExperiência comprovada em função de liderança semelhante na indústria de desenvolvimento de jogos.Portfólio forte que mostra suas habilidades artísticas e visão criativa, incluindo arte conceitual e projetos finalizados.Experiência na elaboração e criação de UIs com foco em usabilidade, mas que tambem ajudem a construir o mundo do jogo.Proficiência em softwares como Photoshop e ferramentas de modelagem 3D (por exemplo, Blender, Maya).Experiência com Unity e softwares de edição de vídeo (por exemplo, Premiere Pro, After Effects) é uma vantagem.Excelentes habilidades organizacionais e de gerenciamento de tempo, com capacidade de lidar com vários projetos simultaneamente.Fortes habilidades de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal, com capacidade de colaborar de forma eficaz com diversas equipes.Paixão por jogos e uma compreensão profunda do que torna os jogos visualmente atraentes e envolventes.Proatividade, sendo capaz de tomar iniciativas em um ambiente de ritmo acelerado.

Acima de tudo, buscamos uma pessoa que seja realmente apaixonada pelo que faz, que queira ser parte de uma equipe pequena e altamente focada, alguém que ame Roguelikes e RPGs e queiram ter propriedade sobre os jogos em que trabalham. Estamos montando uma equipe altamente qualificada para criar jogos que estejam lado a lado com hits como Risk of Rain, Hades e Deep Rock Galactic, e você será uma peça chave neste caminho.
Sobre nósA Game Smithing é uma nova desenvolvedora indie focada em jogos Roguelike para PC e Consoles, atualmente desenvolvendo Soulstone Survivors, um dos maiores lançamentos indies de 2022, e a caminho de iniciar novas aventuras. Somos uma equipe de 13 pessoas que pretende se manter pequena, com mais de 10 anos de experiência trabalhando juntos. Temos como objetivo criar jogos que podem ser jogados por centenas e milhares de horas, com sistemas profundos que sempre colocam a diversão em primeiro lugar.
