Visit our website or our career page HERE Job Summary Service network planning and performance management in service centers; Will be responsible for manage business partners with focus on performance and KPI management; A consulting role in data analysis and generating business insights. Provide the best service to the customer through the improvement of authorized networks. Ensure service competitiveness through the improvement of KPIs and support for issues/problems of authorized networks. Promote service differentiation through best practices and by sharing best practices with other authorized networks. Areas of Responsibilities Conducts scheduled visits for each authorized network and improves the authorized network based on a checklist; Analyzes issues of each authorized network based on the results of the visits and supports the implementation of metrics for each authorized network. Analyzes the indicators of each authorized network. Investigates reasons for weaknesses and resolves problems. Organizes the best practices of an authorized network and increases operational efficiency by spreading them to other authorized networks. Requirements Completed Bachelor's degree; Experience inCustomer Service and Analytical skills; Advanced Excel & PowerPoint for preparing executive presentations; Advanced English Language.
