We're building a production team that creates websites, logos, and visual assets for 4,000+ local service businesses—contractors, plumbers, attorneys, HVAC companies. These businesses live or die by how professional they look online. Your job is to make sure everything we ship makes them look like the best option in their market. As Creative Production Lead, you'll manage a team of designers who assemble websites from content, photos, and structured data. You're not just assigning tickets. You're inspecting work daily, catching the details that kill credibility, coaching your team to see what you see, and refusing to let "good enough" out the door. You can also do the work yourself. When a logo needs to be created or fixed, you're not waiting for someone else. When a layout isn't working, you can open the file and make it better. You lead by example because you're a designer first, manager second. The Impact You'll Have Quality is your obsession. You review completed work daily—not for completion, but for excellence.
