Business Development Representative Company Description: Lead Generation Hub (LGH) is a specialized partner in building high‑value business relationships and delivering impactful lead generation strategies. Our team of Business Development Representatives excels at securing meaningful meetings with key decision‑makers using advanced tactics inspired by intelligence‑gathering and military strategies. Unlike traditional lead generation companies, LGH focuses on actionable insights and expertly curated connections that drive tangible results. We prioritize genuine relationship‑building and a results‑driven approach, rejecting gimmicks or low‑value strategies. When you collaborate with LGH, you gain not just leads but a purposeful and high‑performing business pipeline. Role Description This is a full‑time or part‑time remote position. In this role, you will focus on identifying, prospecting, and engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling meaningful meetings with decision‑makers. Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients. Qualify leads and schedule meaningful meetings with decision‑makers. Conduct outbound outreach, build relationships with prospects. Utilize innovative methods and tools to generate high‑quality leads. Lead nurturing and pipeline development to drive business growth. Qualifications Proficiency in inside sales and lead‑generation techniques. Results‑oriented mindset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in sales and business development, with a focus on exceeding targets. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Creative strategies to engage prospects. Strong research and analytical skills for identifying high‑value leads. Proficiency with CRM software and lead‑management tools. Experience in B2B sales or lead generation is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (nice to have). Core qualifications: confidence to converse in social events, data‑driven cold‑calling ability, conversational English. Interview Steps Interview with a recruiter in LGH. Interview with 2–3 members of LGH Leadership. Optional talk with a sales psychologist. Paid practical exercise: $7.00 USD per hour (2.5 hrs).
