DescriptionComponent introduction:- Ensure the supplier selection in-time sourcing for feasible suppliers with decisions signed according signature rules- Plan, initiate and control failure prevention orientated, advanced quality management measures in the design/development phase for supplied parts and services (Maturity Evaluation, Supplier Component Review, Feasibility Commitment, Project Reviews, Run & Rate, Safe Launch Concept, Quality Control Plan, VDA 6.3 audit) to ensure that the components meet the defined quality requirements- Plan, initiate, implement and control the appropriate supplier quality assurance measures along the complete process chain in the make/market phase for all supplied goods and services, in the area of responsibility, to continuously observe and improve the quality performance of the supplier with focus on a zero-failure-strategy- Implement and control of quality improvement and development programs of suppliers- Ensure in-time releases of new componentsSeries Production & reporting:- 8D methodology appliance for problem solving;- Support to the production lines regarding purchased components;- Support to the incoming inspection;- Regular update of APQP Status via SupplyOn.- To feedback continuously APQP / PPAP status from SQM towards project team / engineering / SQM P- To feedback APQP / PPAP status from SQM towards customer on demand- Provide regular report to BU SQM Manager**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree, Electrical or mechanical engineering- Experience in interfacing with automotive OEM customers regarding quality issue- IATF16949, Problem solving process and method, 8D methodology,- Experience with customer complaints handing, experience with technical support to customer.- Experience in APQP/PPAP/FMEA/MSA/SPC- Strong MS Office Skills- Good Written and Verbal Communication skills- Certification as Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma is a plus- Advanced English is a plus- Experience in stamped parts is a plusContinental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
