Human Resources Coordinator Job Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative organization. We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator who will serve as the strategic and operational leader for all HR functions on campus. The successful candidate will oversee payroll, benefits, time management, union compliance, and all employment-related processes in coordination with external vendors. They will also drive employee engagement, culture-building, and retention strategies, aligned with our organizational values. Key responsibilities include leading performance management cycles, feedback processes, promotions, and career path design in partnership with school leadership. The Human Resources Coordinator will also act as a trusted advisor to Coordinators and team leads on matters such as employee relations, performance improvement, and people decisions. Required Skills and Qualifications Master's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or related fields; Advanced knowledge of English; At least 5 years of experience in HR generalist roles, ideally with team leadership responsibilities; Proven track record with payroll, benefits, labor law (Brazil), and union negotiations; Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset; Experience working with leadership teams in fast-paced or service-driven organizations; Data fluency: ability to work with spreadsheets, HR platforms, and KPI dashboards; Benefits Assistance with medical expenses; Dental assistance; TotalPass program; Swile card (Flexible for food or restaurant); Transportation allowance; Emergency care unit; Life insurance; PLR program; Discounts at pharmacies; Partnership with UniDomBosco; Work mode: On-site;
