ResponsibilitiesOversee the technical direction of Java projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. Lead and mentor a Java development team, fostering collaboration and growth. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines. Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable Java solutions. Stay updated on Java industry trends and emerging technologies. Facilitate effective team communication and problem-solving. Qualifications7+ years of Java experience. Proficiency in Agile methodologies. Deep knowledge of Design Patterns. Strong IT infrastructure expertise. Experience with application security best practices. Track record in developing and integrating large-scale applications. Expertise in back-end and front-end development. Experience with code reviews and CI/CD pipelines.
