**Job Description**:
This Senior PM will be responsible to assure the efficiency and compliance with processes of multiple projects in a regional program level, with frequent interaction with several internal and external stakeholders from all levels.
- Monitor and control of multiple demands and prioritization over demands.
- Control and assurance of deadlines and deliveries.
- Quality control.
- Develop, control and follow-up of projects and PM's KPIs.
- Sending reports of demands, deliveries and KPIs.
- Assist in monitoring the daily activities of the projects.
- Preparation and revision of control reports and analysis of project progress.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- To lead project management initiatives, taking responsibility for process and procedures that will improve project end to end service delivery.
- To provide support on major Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for an aspect of service delivery.
- Ensures communication is clear and effective among all team members, including internal and external providers and stakeholders through a regional program.
- Taking a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages.
- Establishing effective project governance, processes, and systems to be utilised throughout project.
- Identifying opportunities to develop new business with existing clients and reporting such opportunities to the appropriate line manager.
- Identifying ways in which project management products and services can be improved and referring ideas to the appropriate line manager.
