Responsabilidades
  • Liderar e implementar iniciativas DevOps
  • Definir e implementar estratégias DevOps para otimizar o ciclo de vida de desenvolvimento de software.
  • Conhecimento avançado de SDLC
  • Automatizar processos de integração contínua (CI) e entrega contínua (CD) utilizando ferramentas como Jenkins, GitHub Actions e Azure DevOps.
  • Monitorar e otimizar o desempenho de aplicações e infraestrutura.
  • Implementar práticas de segurança e confiabilidade em sistemas DevOps.
  • Gerenciar e aprimorar pipelines de CI/CD.
  • Desenvolver e manter pipelines de CI/CD eficientes e escaláveis.
  • Monitorar e solucionar problemas em pipelines de CI/CD.
  • Colaborar com equipes de desenvolvimento e operações.
  • Colaborar com equipes de desenvolvimento para integrar práticas DevOps em seus processos.
  • Colaborar com equipes de operações para garantir a operação eficiente de sistemas DevOps.
  • Compartilhar conhecimento e melhores práticas em DevOps com toda a organização.
  • Manter-se atualizado com as últimas tecnologias e tendências de DevOps.
  • Avaliar e implementar novas ferramentas e tecnologias DevOps.
  • Compartilhar seu conhecimento com a equipe através de treinamentos e workshops.
Requisitos e qualificações

Hard skills:

  • Sólida experiência em Git e GitFlow
  • Sólida experiência em práticas e princípios DevOps.
  • Sólida experiência com ferramentas de CI/CD como Jenkins e GitHub Actions
  • Experiência com linguagens de script como Python e Bash.
  • Experiência com NodeJS e TypeScript (aplicado a IaC / CDK)
  • Conhecimento de infraestrutura de nuvem (em especial AWS).
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e colaboração.
  • Experiência com metodologias ágeis como Scrum.
  • Experiência em Docker e Kubernetes, sendo capaz de criar builds e deployments
  • Experiência em IaC, em especial usando Terraform CDK e/ou CloudFormation CDK
  • Conhecimento em InfoSec e hardening de aplicações

Hard Skills Desejáveis

  • Inglês ou espanhol avançados
  • Experiência com ferramentas de monitoramento e observabilidade (DynaTrace)
  • Experiência com Helm Charts
  • Experiência com Azure DevOps
  • Conhecimento de TypeScript, JavaScript, NodeJS
  • Experiência com segurança de DevOps (DevSecOps)
