A PagAmerican é uma fintech em estágio early-stage, que está criando soluções de processamento de pagamentos e integrações financeiras para empreendedores digitais que vendem produtos físicos e digitais em escala global.

Estamos em busca de um(a) DevOps Engineer Sênior com olhar estratégico, para nos ajudar a otimizar nossa infraestrutura de deploy e monitoramento, trabalhando na automação, escalabilidade e confiabilidade dos nossos sistemas.

Responsabilidades

- Projetar, implementar e gerenciar infraestrutura na AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda e demais serviços AWS.)
- Construir e manter pipelines de CI/CD robustos usando ferramentas como GitHub Actions
- Automatizar provisionamento de infraestrutura com Terraform
- Garantir monitoramento, logging e alertas (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK)
- Implementar políticas de segurança e compliance em nuvem (segredos, criptografia, controle de acesso) >

- Colaborar com times de desenvolvimento para otimizar performance e custo de ambientes
- Conduzir troubleshooting em produção e propor melhorias contínuas

Requisitos Obrigatórios

- Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência atuando em DevOps/Site Reliability Engineering
- Sólidos conhecimentos em AWS e serviços nativos (experiência comprovada em projetos de nuvem)
- Expertise em automação de infraestrutura (Terraform, CloudFormation ou CDK)
- Experiência com containers e orquestração (Docker, ECS e Kubernetes/EKS)
- Domínio de ferramentas de CI/CD e versionamento de código (Git)
- Bons conhecimentos de redes, protocolos (TCP/IP, HTTP/S) e segurança de aplicações
- Habilidade para escrever scripts em Bash, Python ou similar Conhecimento em ferramentas de observabilidade (Datadog, New Relic)

Sobre o pacote de remuneração

- Remuneração fixa a partir de R$120.000/ano
- Remuneração variável anual de acordo com a performance, definido a um múltiplo de salários
- Oportunidade de trabalhar em uma plataforma global, com produtos utilizados por clientes nos EUA, América Latina e Europa
