Presales Support Analyst We are seeking a Presales Support Analyst to support non‑commercial activities in presales, helping ensure RFIs and presentations are responded to with good content quality. This role combines operational support with content creation, requiring good organizational skills and the ability to coordinate across departments to deliver presales support. What You'll Do Support the vendor onboarding process for new vendors, including helping with registrations across client platforms. Help coordinate and support Requests for Information (RFIs) by working with subject matter experts to gather content and meet submission deadlines. Work with internal teams to help create sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, and success cases to support presales activities. Assist in capturing key performance metrics and building reports to support presales operations. Help track pre‑sales activities, support RFx submissions and deadlines, and work to resolve blockers. What we are looking for Experience in sales operations, presales support, or business operations. Background in IT industry or consulting. Experience with operational processes, ticket tracking, and stakeholder coordination. Knowledge of metrics and reporting. Experience in content creation, presentations, and sales materials.
