Go Goodyear**Location:Serbia/KrusevacRemote work:No**Role Description**Main responsibilities**:- Carry out the risk assessment procedure- Control and advise the Employer on planning, selection, use and maintenance of instruments for work, hazardous materials and personal protective equipment and instruments;- Participate in equipping and arranging a workplace in order to ensure safe and healthy working conditions;- Organize preventive and periodical testing of working environment conditions;- Organize preventive and periodical examinations and inspections of equipment for work;- Propose measures for improving the working conditions, especially at the workplace with increased risk;- Monitor and control the implementation of measures for safety and health with the Employer on a daily basis;- Monitor the situation regarding injuries at work and occupational illnesses, as well as ailments connected to work, participate in identifying their causes and prepare reports with proposed actions for their elimination;- Prepare and conduct training of employees for safe and healthy work;- Prepare safe work instructions and control their implementation;- Prohibit operation in a workplace or usage of an instrument for work, if an immediate danger to life or health of an employee is identified; As the occupational safety and health officer, notify in writing the Employer and the representative of employees about the prohibition of work;- Cooperate and coordinate work with the Occupational Health Service on all issues related to safety and health at work;**Requirements**:**VI/VII degree of education (Occupational Safety and Health)**- Excellent computer skills and use of MS Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook)- Advanced English language skills- Desirable to have a certificate of passing a professional exam in the field of safety and health at work- Fire Protection Certificate- Team spirit- Adaptability, patience, ability to meet tight deadlines
