**About This Role**:As a Medical Science Liaison (MSL), you will be a pivotal member of the Medical Affairs team, responsible for engaging with Key Medical Experts (KMEs), Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), and other relevant stakeholders. Your role is to foster trusted relationships and provide unbiased scientific information that supports Biogen’s clinical and medical strategies. You will proactively engage with customers, tailoring discussions to meet their unique needs while aligning with Biogen’s vision to advance medical practice in neuroscience. Through dynamic and compliant interactions, you will capture valuable medical insights that shape clinical strategies. Your expertise will position you as a partner in the medical community, influencing long-term relationships and driving Biogen’s reputation as a leader in the field.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Establish yourself as a trusted partner to KMEs and HCPs, delivering credible medical and scientific information.
- Engage proactively with customers, addressing their needs while pivoting conversations to relevant topics.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships, developing scientific advocates within the medical community.
- Capture and report high-value medical insights to inform Biogen’s clinical strategies using Veeva.
- Collaborate compliantly with cross-functional teams, particularly with the Commercial organization.
- Lead complex educational activities that enhance Biogen’s reputation as a valued partner.
- Stay updated on therapy advances and current research related to Biogen’s products and disease areas.
- Navigate industry compliance guardrails to empower interactions with stakeholders.
- Travel extensively to engage with customers and deliver impactful scientific exchanges.

**Required Skills**:
- Advanced Scientific or Clinical degree (Master's required; PharmD or PhD preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Science Liaison.
- Proficiency in English; advanced (fluent preferred).
- Ability to travel at least 60% of the time, including overnight and occasional weekend travel.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in neuroscience or related fields.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
