Employer Industry: Information Technology Solutions Provider Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $127,000 depending on experience and skill set Annual bonus target of $72,000 subject to terms and conditions of the plan Strong opportunities for career advancement and professional development Collaborative work environment focused on teamwork and mutual support Ability to travel up to 50% for opportunities to engage with clients and partners Comprehensive benefits package available What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Manage pipeline and forecasts across software partners to meet revenue and profit targets Foster collaboration with other practices and mentor team members to enhance their skills Provide exceptional pre and post-sales support for assigned regions Communicate risks to management regarding business or target achievement Develop networking solutions that differentiate the employer in the marketplace What is Required (Qualifications) Associate's Degree with 5 years of sales management experience, or 2 years of management experience at the employer with direct reports Proven track record of successful sales and ability to lead teams Strong consultative and solution-based selling experience Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Bachelor's Degree We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
