**About the Job**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies to promote the company's products and services, enhance brand awareness, and generate qualified leads.
- Plan and coordinate corporate events, conferences, webinars, and other client, partner, and stakeholder initiatives.
- Manage the creation of content for marketing campaigns, promotional materials, the company website, social media, and other communication channels.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment.
- Analyze performance metrics for marketing and events to assess ROI and effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments.
- Supervise and mentor the marketing team, setting goals and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.
**Minimum Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience leading a marketing team, preferably in technology companies or startups.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive, engaging messages.
- Expertise in digital marketing strategies (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, marketing automation).
- Experience in organizing and executing corporate events, from planning to evaluation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
- Strategic vision and results-oriented mindset, with project management skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- 7+ years of relevant experience in marketing, communication, or event management.
- Experience in marketing for technology or B2B companies.
- Knowledge of marketing analysis and automation tools.
- Network of contacts in the technology or events industry.
