Lead Digital Experience Strategist As a key member of our team, the Lead Digital Experience Strategist will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through innovative digital solutions. Responsibilities: Develop a Comprehensive Product Vision: Define and own the overall product strategy, aligning design excellence with product outcomes and delivering meaningful experiences for users. Drive Product Discovery: Lead market/user research, competitor analysis, and validation processes to inform product development decisions. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with design, engineering, and client stakeholders to deliver exceptional digital experiences that meet client needs and business requirements. Translate Client Needs: Translate client needs and business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories, ensuring effective communication across teams. Manage Agile Product Development: Drive agile product development cycles, managing priorities, timelines, and quality standards to deliver high-quality products on time. Evaluate Performance: Establish KPIs and success metrics to evaluate product performance and inform decision-making, ensuring data-driven insights drive business growth. Build High-Performing Teams: Build and scale a high-performing product team, including product managers, analysts, and/or coordinators, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Improve Processes: Continuously improve product development processes, tools, and team collaboration, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Requirements: Proven experience in leading digital product strategy and development. Strong understanding of UX design principles and human-centered design methods. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with ability to work effectively across functions and with clients. Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions. Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to build and scale high-performing teams. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
