Joining the Private Jets team you will start as a Trainee and be assigned a mentor who will work closely with you in your first 6 months as you become familiar with the role and industry.
As a Trainee you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of a private charter, from fully understanding the client's needs to sourcing the appropriate aircraft, arranging the travel & catering all the way through to completion. During this time, you will see first-hand what goes into ensuring a private jet charter goes off with ease
A DAY IN THE LIFEHandling the A to Z to ensure all your clients have to do is fly on a private jetPro-actively targeting your HNWI list through outbound sales calls, emails, and visits (both face-to-face and virtual) and converting them from potential clients into ACS clientsBuilding relationships with Private Jet Operators to provide the most suitable aircraft optionsMeeting KPIs and targetsFlight watching/overseeing flight departuresNegotiating and upselling

Como Trainee, você será responsável por gerenciar o processo completo de um fretamento aéreo executivo, desde entender completamente as necessidades do cliente até encontrar a aeronave adequada, organizar a viagem e o catering até a conclusão. Durante esse período, você verá em primeira mão o que é necessário para garantir que um fretamento de jato executivo ocorra sem problemas
UM DIA NA VIDAGerenciar tudo, do início ao fim, para garantir que tudo o que seus clientes precisem fazer seja voar em um jato executivoPro ativamente direcionar sua lista de HNWI (indivíduo de alta renda líquida), através de chamadas de vendas, e-mails e visitas (tanto presenciais quanto virtuais), convertendo potenciais clientes em clientes da ACSConstruir relacionamentos com Operadores de Jatos executivos para fornecer as opções de aeronaves mais adequadasCumprir KPIs (Indicador-Chave de Performance) e metasObservar/monitorar voos e supervisar partidas de voosNegociar e realizar vendas adicionais
