VBET’s mission is to give our customers the best betting and gaming experience in a safe and secure environment.About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedContract Manager (Legal)to take full ownership of our third-party vendor contracts. This operational role requires a pragmatic, hands-on professional who can quickly standardize our contracting process and mitigate commercial risks.Location:São Paulo, BrazilType:Full-time (on-site)Reports to:Local CEO, Global Head of Legal DepartmentKey ResponsibilitiesContract Standardization:Assess the current state of vendor agreements (approx. 50-60 external contractors) and develop several streamlined, legally sound contract templates for routine operational and marketing expendituresTemplate Ownership:Create and manage a library of standardized contract documents, ensuring ease of use for internal departments (e. G., Marketing, Operations) to significantly reduce time-to-signatureContract Lifecycle Management:Manage the end-to-end lifecycle for new and existing contracts, including drafting, execution, revisions, amendments, and renewalsRisk Mitigation:Conduct initial risk assessments on existing and proposed contracts, identifying crucial clauses and necessary adjustments before executionCross-Functional Support:Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams (especially Marketing) to provide guidance on contract preparation and complianceInternal Alignment:Ensure all regional contract needs and changes are aligned with the new directorate structure being established in each territoryLegal Collaboration:Collaborate with the centralized legal team for review of complex international agreements and high-risk contracts✅ Ideal Candidate ProfileProven experience (3+ years) as a Contract Manager, Commercial Manager, Lawyer, Legal Counsel or similar role focused on high-volume contract administrationExperience working within the i Gaming or betting sector is highly preferredStrong, demonstrable knowledge and hands-on experience in contract management, drafting, and interpretationProven ability to implement new processes and templates that improve efficiency and significantly speed up internal workflowsComfortable working autonomously and serving as the primary commercial/contractual expert within the local teamFluent English and Brazilian Portuguese are mandatoryHiring Process:CV Screening – TA Interview – Tech Interview – Check – Offer
