**About the Role**We’re looking for a **highly organized, resourceful, and results-driven Operations Manager Assistant** to help streamline processes and support our growing business. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love optimizing workflows, and have a knack for problem-solving, this role is for you**What You’ll Do**- Assist in managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and smooth execution.- Develop and improve processes to optimize performance and scalability.- Track key metrics and provide reports to drive data-informed decisions.- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to maintain seamless operations.- Identify operational gaps and implement strategic improvements.**What You Bring**- **3+ years of experience** in operations, project management, or a similar role.- Strong analytical skills and the ability to **optimize processes**.- Excellent **English communication** skills (written & spoken).- Proficiency in **Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools** (e.g., ClickUp).- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.**Why Join Us?**- **Competitive salary (USD$2,000/month)** + performance-based bonus as we grow.- Be part of a fast-growing company with real impact.- Work closely with leadership and gain valuable experience.- Fully remote.Pay: R$12,162.40 per month**Experience**:- Operations Manager Assistant (required)**Language**:- English (required)
