We’re looking for a **highly organized, resourceful, and results-driven Operations Manager Assistant** to help streamline processes and support our growing business. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love optimizing workflows, and have a knack for problem-solving, this role is for you
**What You’ll Do**
- Assist in managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and smooth execution.
- Develop and improve processes to optimize performance and scalability.
- Track key metrics and provide reports to drive data-informed decisions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to maintain seamless operations.
- Identify operational gaps and implement strategic improvements.
**What You Bring**
- **3+ years of experience** in operations, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to **optimize processes**.
- Excellent **English communication** skills (written & spoken).
- Proficiency in **Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools** (e.g., ClickUp).
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
