Neste papel, você apoiará os negócios LATAM, preparando e interpretando análises de negócios, informações econômicas e financeiras, com o objetivo de melhorar constantemente a gestão das margens operacionais, da rentabilidade e do volume de investimentos financeiros. O que você deve ter para ser Life Changer Consolidar os planos orçamentários regionais a partir dos centros de custo dos países/linhas de negócio, detalhando-os conforme alocação definida. Apoiar os gestores na definição do orçamento e propor ajustes nos planos/orçamentos. Fornecer cenários/casos de negócio sobre o impacto de decisões e possíveis eventos internos/externos no orçamento. Oferecer orientações aos países sobre o processo orçamentário, alinhado às políticas do Grupo. Consolidar previsões de negócios regionais e desenvolver atualizações periódicas, preparando relatórios gerenciais e propondo iniciativas para atingir os objetivos. Conduzir o processo de previsão nos países, garantindo a precisão dos dados por meio de processos e regras do Grupo ou específicas. Apoiar a tesouraria global na verificação das previsões de caixa preparadas pelos países e na gestão de questões relacionadas ao capital de giro. Elaborar casos de negócio para avaliar o impacto de decisões/eventos nos resultados finais e oportunidades de geração de valor. Fornecer recomendações baseadas em dados para decisões gerenciais, com base em análises aprofundadas de negócios. Fluência em inglês e espanhol. Experiência em controladoria financeira em ambientes com múltiplos negócios e países. Graduação em Economia ou equivalente e Mestrado em Economia ou equivalente. Quais são os nossos benefícios?
