Role Overview

Step into a dynamic legal role where your organizational talent and legal know-how will make a real difference. You’ll manage a high volume of cases, keep attorneys aligned, and ensure clients stay informed and confident. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in keeping things moving. Schedule

Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST (USA)

Responsibilities
  • Tracking and organizing active cases in the system
  • Keeping attorneys on track with case progress and deadlines
  • Reporting case status updates to clients
  • Preparing simple pleadings, forms, and hearing setups
  • Handling e-filing of legal documents
  • Proofreading legal documents for accuracy
  • Calling opposing counsel and courts as needed
What We’re Looking For
  • At least one year of experience as a legal assistant, or in a legal support role and/or related Bachelor\'s degree in legal studies
  • Advanced/native-level English skills (both written and spoken)
  • Familiarity with legal processes and terminology
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Strong time management and follow-through
  • Familiarity with case management, legal document preparation, deadline tracking, client communication, E-filing procedures, proofreading and editing, calendar and task coordination
  • Organized and proactive
  • Strong communicator and writer
  • Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
  • Quiet, distraction-free remote work environment
