Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Training Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating training sessions, analyzing training needs, and ensuring the proper execution of training activities. You will work closely with our customer's learning delivery team and coordinate with our Indian team to ensure smooth execution of training events. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in training operations and contribute to the success of our organization. Key Responsibilities: Analyze training needs and determine the number of sessions required to train trainees according to courses and per site. Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation where required. Organize training sessions according to trainee expectations and availability and ensure their proper execution. Calibrate and coordinate with the Indian team for any changes/updates in the training event/program. Support completion of training activities by following up for attendance and invoice if required. Ensure adherence to workflow and processes using CRM tools. Ensure Learner Support Level 2. Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations. Exposure to international work environments. High-level understanding of the training landscape. Customer service-oriented posture is a must. Team player. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely. Attention to detail, structured, and organized, capable of prioritizing activities. Knowledge of Salesforce or any other CRM. Knowledge of Cornerstone or any other LMS is an added advantage. Fluent in English is a mandatory requirement. Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint.
