As a Recruiting Business Partner, you will cultivate talent sourcing channels, develop relationships with hiring managers, and close searches against tight deadlines. In this role, you will be responsible for talent attraction strategies and utilize your experience setting benchmarks and metrics. We need a talented Recruiting Business Partner to help us find the best talent in the world to drive our growth. Key job responsibilitiesContribute to developing strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth, implement new processes and develop standard operating procedures that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality. Lead and / or participate in cross-business / cross-company special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition.
