**Let's start with the role**
The **Operational Process Executive** reports to the Operations Performance Manager and is responsible for analyzing, mapping and proposing improvements for operational processes.. S/He will focus on controlling and organizing internal standards and workflows, as well as performing data analysis.
**As an Operational Process Executive, you will**:
- Conduct process grasping and alignment meetings with involved parties, analyze and map operational processes;
- Contribute to internal and BPO processes, aiming to improve and guarantee output;
- Monitor each team's processes, aiming to identify possible business improvement points;
- Summarize and manage KPIs;
- Control and organize operations, quality, training and vendor processes standards;
- Assist in responsibilities definition between the parties when applicable.
**What you'll bring**:
- Relevant work experience in lean manufacturing;
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Applied Sciences or related field;
- A Masters degree in a complementary field to the bachelor's degree is highly appreciated;
- Experience in lean methodologies will be highly appreciated;
- Experience in understanding and/or overseeing activities across business units/departments;
- Excellent prioritization, planning and organizational skills;
- Strong follow-up, prioritization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal in Brazilian Portuguese and English); comfortable presenting to all levels of the organization and external partners.
