Operational Excellence Analyst

We are dedicated to maintaining a secure and trusted platform to safeguard our business and the interests of our customers, sellers, and partners.

The Operational Excellence team covers the entire end-to-end operational process, from product listing to delivery. We analyze and monitor operational KPIs across the region and conduct root cause analysis when performance fluctuates.

The team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Collections, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, Fraud, and Compliance teams. Browse our operations team jobs to see how you can make an impact.

  • Develop and create new processes and controls;
  • Develop routine mapped actions plans and solve problems using cause-and-effect analysis;
  • Hold results meetings with leaders, involving the operational team to ensure alignment between planned and executed tasks;
  • Develop tools to structure the process of unfolding S&Op alignments with the planning team;
  • Participate in constructing logistics network routes and translating them into operational plans, ensuring performance and cost control;
  • Monitor and analyze processes, ensuring updating of operational plans and acting preventively on improvements;
  • Develop and analyze planning indicators that support operations and ensure controlled processes;
  • Achieve continuous improvement of processes and increase operational productivity by developing, implementing, and controlling projects.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree (completed) in Engineering, Logistics, Business Management or related fields;

- Higher education in engineering, logistics, or related areas;

- High analytical capacity to diagnose process improvements and solve complex problems;

- Advanced English proficiency;

- Proficiency in Google Tools;

- Intermediate Datastudio skills;

- Knowledge of project development tools;

- Experience with indicator development and management (KPIs);

- SQL-Query programming experience is a plus;

- Experience with production planning is a plus;

- Commitment, good interpersonal skills, and effective oral and written communication skills.
