About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will lead continuous improvement projects by supporting the Transportation Operations and Operational Management teams in their performance.

  • Validate and apply global standardizations in Transportation Operations and local Operational Management activities.
  • Ensure the standardization of continuous improvement processes that enhance performance and involve both internal and external customers, as well as service providers.
  • Define metrics and targets together with Transportation Operations and Operational Management managers, as well as monitor results to track the effectiveness of continuous improvement actions implemented with clients (internal, external, and service providers).
  • Lead the assessment/mapping of activities carried out across different internal client areas in order to identify process improvement opportunities aimed at optimizing results through time savings, cost reduction, and performance improvement across functions.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineers, or Technologies areas.
  • Advance English level - Spanish is considered a plus.
  • Previous experience and knowledge in Continuous Improvement.
  • Advance level in Excel, Power BI, and Python.
