Job Title: Operational Excellence Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to partner with various teams to drive operational excellence and compliance within an organization. As an in-country subject matter expert, you will work closely with HR operations teams to keep the organization competitive and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Implementation: Implement strategies as per business division guidelines to drive operational efficiency.
  • Compliance Management: Manage adherence to local regulations and ensure that all practices are compliant.
  • Partnership Development: Partner with Legal COE teams on local legislation updates and employee relation matters.
  • Service Delivery: Maximize services value across the employee lifecycle through delivery and expertise support.
  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps and work on Process Improvement portfolios to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Escalation Management: Manage high-profile escalations through multiple team partnerships.
  • Vendor Performance: Strategically manage local vendor performance to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Counseling: Act as a sounding board for HRBPs and COEs on case escalations.
  • Team Collaboration: Maintain relationships with Latam HR Teams for effective cooperation and synergy.
  • Employee Relations: Oversee Employee Relations, including Unions negotiations and company representation.
  • Leadership Support: Participate in local leadership advising and leading HR policies and compliances.
  • Policy Development: Define HR local policies according to organizational needs and local legislation requirements.
  • Legislation Support: Support HRBPs and local management on local HR legislation implementation.

Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in HR operations and compliance management.
  2. Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
  3. Ability to partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Results-driven with a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes.
