Estamos em busca de um Técnico Controle Operacional Especializado para se juntar ao nosso time.
Com sede em Vila Velha, Brasil, reportando-se ao Supervisor de PCP, você será responsável por executar e monitorar atividades operacionais de controle na área industrial, com foco em movimentação de materiais, consumo de matérias-primas, controle de estoques, sucatas e análise de custos. Atua garantindo a acuracidade das informações nos sistemas de gestão (SAP/GSUC) e suporte à tomada de decisão em conformidade com os procedimentos internos.
Funções e responsabilidades:
- Realizar contagens físicas de matérias-primas e produtos acabados na fábrica, assegurando aderência aos saldos contábeis;
- Efetuar lançamentos de consumo de matéria-prima no SAP, conforme ordens de produção;
- Tratar inconsistências de consumo (COGIs) no SAP, promovendo correções e ajustes necessários;
- Monitorar e solicitar movimentações de estoque entre almoxarifado e área produtiva;
- Realizar transferências de produtos acabados entre plantas e almoxarifado via SAP;
- Executar atividades de bipagem e abastecimento do sistema GSUC;
- Elaborar previsões de consumo de matérias-primas com base em programação de produção;
- Controlar e lançar sucatas no GSUC conforme ordens de produção;
- Manter controle e registros atualizados de sucatas industriais;
- Atualizar e manter relatórios operacionais para área da Qualidade (Gestão à Vista);
- Elaborar relatórios semanais de consumo de matérias-primas;
- Atualizar planilhas de controle interno com custos variável e fixo.
