K+S Brasileira in Sao Paulo (Brazil) is looking for a Technical Commercial Supervisor (Estado de São Paulo), starting in February 2026. Responsibilities Train distributor commercial teams to ensure strong product knowledge and effective sales techniques. Monitor and support distributor performance to align with company goals and regional strategies. Conduct sales activities either through distributors or directly via K+S Brasileira, depending on the business model. Promote the K+S Brasileira brand and its premium product lines to strengthen market presence and customer loyalty. Gather and report market insights from the region to support strategic planning and decision-making allocation. Collaborate with internal teams to support the development and adaptation of new products for the local market. Represent K+S Brasileira at technical and promotional events to enhance visibility and build relationships with key stakeholders. Your Profile Enthusiasm to work in a global leading fertilizer producing company. Degree in agronomy. Minimum 8 years of professional experience in the fertilizer market. Strong agrobusiness background. Excellent analytical and conceptual skills. Strong teamwork skills, empathy, and a passion for networking. English is desirable intermediate level. Mandatory to live in São Paulo State. Application deadline January 15, 2026.
