We have the freedom to find creative solutions to get the best from Primient people.Role Purpose: Responsible for managing the activities of the Human Resources area through consulting, ensuring the development of work routines and guaranteeing labor duties.**Key responsibilities**:_HR Manager_**- Solid experience as a HR generalist - Personnel administration, payroll, union relations, labor relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, recruitment and selection, internal communication- Experience in performance evaluation programs, succession planning, leadership development- Experience in the implementation, monitoring and actions in climate and engagement survey- Experience in community support and social responsibility projects- Implementation and monitoring of activities related to internal communication- Knowledge in defining structures, planning people and teams- Great interpersonal relationship at all levels- Experience to work in matrix structures with reports outside Brazil and reports to more than one manager- Design, implementation and monitoring of indicators and KPIs.- Ability to implement projects related to Diversity and Inclusion (DEIB)- ** EHS**- Ensure the availability of resources to improve processes, products and systems and ensure technological updating and competitiveness, considering EHS, quality, food safety, productivity and the customer.- Influencing leaders and the organization as a whole in order to organize, store and disseminate technical knowledge capable of generating results for the area of expertise and the business.**ABOUT YOU****_ Skills and Experience Required_**- Preferred Graduation in Business Administration, Psicology, Economy, Engineering- Desired Post Graduation in HR or Business administration- MS Office- Fluency in Portuguese and English;- 10+ years of experience in HR administration or HRBP**Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging**We are passionate believers in the power of difference.
