Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $161,700 per year Eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and individual performance Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, and paid time off Opportunity for career advancement and personal development within a leading healthcare organization Remote work flexibility with specific home office requirements Supportive work environment focused on employee well-being and work-life balance What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Oversee all plannable cybersecurity work, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and maturity goals Drive strategic alignment across capabilities and prepare narratives for senior leadership reviews Coordinate Agile, project, and operational workstreams for synchronized execution Lead unified reporting efforts including portfolio reviews and risk posture assessments Mentor peers and contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes and standards What is Required (Qualifications): 10+ years of progressive experience in IT program or project management, focusing on cybersecurity or technology enablement Proven ability to lead integrated delivery across Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall models Experience managing large-scale cybersecurity initiatives such as IAM, SOC, and Network Security Strong understanding of delivery governance, OKR alignment, and strategic planning Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment in complex scenarios How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field Technical domain expertise in areas such as Application Security, Network Security, and Security Posture Management PMP or equivalent project management certification Familiarity with cybersecurity maturity models and capability-driven execution frameworks Proficiency in tools such as Jira Align, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Office Suite We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
