
Latam Investment Allocation Manager

As Investment Allocation Manager for the Central Operations team you will play an active role crafting, implementing and managing the incentives and pricing strategy to drive the ridesharing business growth across multiple territories in Latin America
You will work with our local teams crafting the roadmap for the next generation of marketplace pricing and incentives products, managing large investments and supervising the regional rides business performance. This is a key position that can make a big impact on business and change the way people move in our countries
**What you'll do**:
- ** Strategic Ownership**:Help develop, lead, and implement strategy to achieve business priorities at a LATAM level: Outline and implement the incentives and pricing strategy in multiple LATAM territories according to the overall business strategy.
- ** Problem Solving**:Identify the root cause of risks and opportunities, propose multiple, practical solutions, and weigh tradeoffs to recommend the best approach.
- ** Process Optimization**:Implement, optimize, and scale core analyses and processes across the region and beyond, regularly reviewing performance.
- ** Product Improvement**:Proactively search for improvements that could improve the experience on and efficiency of our marketplace, measure their impact and collaborate with Product teams around the world to implement launches in the region.
- ** Stakeholder Management**:Maintain productive working relationships with immediate team and cross-functional partners across operations, marketing, customer support, product, policy, and legal to scope, test and implement initiatives.
**What you'll need**:
- ** Education**: We encourage people from all backgrounds to apply.
- ** Years of Experience/Industries**: Three or more years of professional experience; consulting and/or financial background is a plus - as a lot of financial's decision making are required for the role.
- ** Data-Driven Mentality**:Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation. Experience getting in the weeds of data, balanced with the ability to see the big picture.
- ** Communication**:English proficiency needed. Able to interpret and present data to various audiences in an engaging and comprehensive, yet succinct manner.
- ** Teamwork**:Demonstrate optimism, respect others, and work well in a team. Ability to work with people from a diverse set of backgrounds and responsibilities. Maintains balanced working relationships, even in disagreements
- ** Executional Excellence**:Ability to work and accomplish multiple tasks in parallel, delivering results in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, while maintaining high-quality work standards.
- ** Planning & Organization**:Ability to build detailed project plans with project stages, milestones, basic interdependencies, and owners
- Python, R or any other scripting language is a bonus
