This is a pivotal opportunity for a senior HR professional ready to take ownership and help scale a new regional team. Location: Sao Paulo, BrazilWork Model: On-siteEmployment Type: Full-timeIndustry: B2B Solutions | Gaming StudiosLanguages: Portuguese & EnglishCompensation: Competitive salary based on experience + performance-based package Your Responsibilities Act as the main HR contact in Brazil and help build the local HR functionManage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, evaluations, promotions & exitsEnsure compliance with Brazilian labor laws and HR best practicesOversee internal policies, payroll setup, HRIS systems, and employee recordsPromote a positive, inclusive workplace cultureHandle employee relations and internal investigationsTrack HR metrics, analyze data, and recommend process improvementsFacilitate effective communication between HR, Operations, and other departments What You Bring Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spokenBachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 in leadership rolesStrong expertise in HR strategy, compliance, and Brazilian labor law?
