**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
**Here's what you can expect on a typical day**:
- **Advanced Analytics & Predictive Modeling.** You formulate analytical problems, extract & analyze data from multiple systems, summarize critical findings/insights, and develop a compelling visual representation of analyses with actionable recommendations.
- **Team Collaboration.** You're part of a collaborative team, listening to needs, then finding and sharing solutions. You're comfortable and skilled at presenting your projects and findings to both peers and leadership. You'll collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to plan, design, develop and deploy high-impact data products supporting multiple products across ADP
- **Deliver at an epic scale.** You write pristine code and documentation, champion and define best practices to produce highly adaptive, high-performing, continuous learning AI models/systems.
- **Mentoring.** You coach and mentor junior colleagues technically and professionally.
**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or a related field.
- 5-8 years (including both academic and professional) of related experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.
- Advanced English skills (able to interact daily with a distributed team).
- Fluency in Python - including popular data science packages (pandas, sklearn, etc).
- Knowledge of Natural Language Processing.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms and methods used in the data science field.
- Experience with Machine Learning model development and deployment.
**BONUS POINTS FOR THESE**:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Computer Vision.
- Good understanding of Software Engineering.
- Proficiency in SQL, notably writing and optimizing queries.
- Exposure to Jupyter notebooks and/or Databricks platform.
- Experience with AWS cloud solutions (S3, Glue, Lambda, SageMaker).
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration & Delivery methodologies.
