Scientific Success Expert We are seeking a skilled and ambitious professional to spearhead customer success initiatives in the life sciences domain. The Role: Engage with faculty members via regular outreach efforts, comprising phone calls, emails, and personalized product demonstrations, to enhance product adoption and integration in courses. Boost product utilization by conducting informative sessions at existing customer universities and research institutions. Foster engagement and usage by delivering presentations at conferences, university seminars, and workshops, as well as through onsite customer visits. Ensure seamless subscription renewal outcomes by providing consistent implementation support and promoting the effective use of available resources. Influence product development decisions by effectively communicating customer feedback to relevant teams. Requirements: A Master's degree or Ph.D. in Life Science disciplines is required. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles is preferred. Excellent communication skills in English are essential. Familiarity with education trends, market dynamics, and challenges in assigned content areas such as Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, Physics, Engineering, or Psychology is necessary. Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for building remote relationships are essential. Experience in networking using cold calling is an advantage. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to drive customer success and retention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and user experience. Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Design and deliver customized training programs to ensure customer proficiency and satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and progress.
