Job Title: A talented HR professional with exceptional leadership skills is required to drive the success of our LATAM operations. About this role: The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and developing human resources functions across the LATAM region, providing strategic guidance and support to management teams. This senior HR position requires a hands-on approach, partnering closely with employees and management to enhance employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development. Key responsibilities include leading and implementing various HR initiatives, maintaining positive working relationships with all team members, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Main Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategic Guidance: Provide expert advice and counsel to management on human resources matters, contribute to business strategy development, and participate in key decision-making processes. People Management: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by identifying and addressing conflicts, providing coaching and training to employees, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. Talent Development & Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent, promote career growth opportunities, and enhance employee satisfaction and loyalty. Operations & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, laws, and regulations by conducting regular audits, implementing process improvements, and managing risk. Culture Building: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence, aligned with the company's vision and values. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR leadership role, preferably in the LATAM region. Proven track record of driving business results through effective HR strategies and practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to make informed decisions. Familiarity with HR systems, tools, and technologies. Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, as needed.
