Staff React Engineer at BairesDev We are seeking a Staff React Engineer with deep expertise in React development, modern web development, enterprise applications, and component‑based architecture. The technology stack includes popular React technologies and frameworks for modern frontend development and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will lead the design and optimization of high‑performance React systems, drive architectural decisions, and collaborate with engineering teams while delivering cutting‑edge solutions for complex frontend and enterprise challenges. What You'll Do Design and optimize React-based applications for large‑scale enterprise deployments. Architect advanced component‑based solutions for scalable frontend systems. Lead modern web development initiatives using React and related technologies. Drive enterprise application frontend development with complex user interfaces. Implement performance optimization techniques for high‑performance React applications. Collaborate with engineering teams on technical solutions and system integration. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in software development with strong React expertise. Proven experience in modern web development and frontend architecture. Strong expertise in component‑based architecture and React ecosystem. Deep understanding of enterprise application frontend development. Proficiency in advanced React patterns and modern web technologies. Experience with performance optimization for React applications and systems. Advanced level of English.
